Welcome to URBAN सहायक ("we," "our," "us"). By accessing our website, platform, or using our services via any digital medium (including WhatsApp, Email, or Phone), you ("User," "Client," "you") agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Nature of Services (हमारी सेवाओं की प्रकृति)

  • Facilitation Only: URBAN सहायक is a private technology-enabled service provider offering documentation, drafting, formatting, data entry, typing, and procedural filing assistance for various government and non-government portals.
  • NOT a Law Firm: We are NOT a law firm, nor do we act as an advocate/lawyer. We do not provide direct legal advice, legal opinions, or court representation.
  • Independent Advocates: Wherever formal legal advice, legal notices, reply drafting, or representation is required by law (such as in contested Lok Adalat matters or specialized consumer complaints), URBAN सहायक only acts as a facilitator to connect you with independent, qualified advocates. Any interaction with independent advocates shall constitute a separate professional engagement between the client and the concerned advocate.

2. User Obligations & Accuracy of Data (उपयोगकर्ता की जिम्मेदारी)

  • Authenticity of Documents: You are solely responsible for providing true, accurate, and genuine documents (such as Aadhaar, PAN, Property Papers, etc.) and information for services like Police Verification, e-FIR, and Agreements.
  • Liability for False Info: URBAN सहायक shall not be liable for any legal action, rejection, or penalty imposed by authorities due to false, forged, or incorrect information provided by the User.
  • OTP & Consent: For online filings (like Cyber Complaints or e-FIR), you agree to provide the necessary OTPs promptly to authorize us to submit forms on your behalf.
  • The User shall remain solely responsible for verifying all information and documents before final submission to any authority.

3. Service Scope & "No-Guarantee" Policy (सेवा का दायरा)

  • Best-Effort Basis: We assist you in completing procedures correctly and timely on a best-effort basis.
  • Final Authority: The final approval, rejection, or order relies entirely on government authorities, police departments, or courts (e.g., clearance of police verification, approval of e-FIR, reduction of traffic challans). We do not guarantee a specific outcome or turnaround time from government entities.

4. Data Privacy, WhatsApp Usage, and Retention (डाटा प्राइवेसी नीति)

  • Consent via Communication: By sending your documents and personal data via our Website, Email, or WhatsApp, you grant express consent to URBAN सहायक to process and upload that data on relevant portals to complete your requested service.
  • Data Deletion: For your privacy and security, URBAN सहायक follows a strict data retention and clean-up policy. Sensitive personal documents are generally deleted from our operational systems within 7 to 15 days after completion of the requested service unless a longer retention period is required by law, for security purposes, or with the client's written consent.

5. Fees and Payment Terms (शुल्क और भुगतान)

  • Assistance Charges: The fee paid to URBAN सहायक is solely for our assistance, data-entry, documentation, and coordination services.
  • Government Fees: Any official government fee, court fee, stamp duty, or challan amount is separate and must be borne by the User, unless explicitly specified as part of an all-inclusive package.
  • Refund Policy: Once documentation, drafting, coordination, or filing work has commenced, or any advance processing fees have been utilized, the service fee shall be non-refundable.

6. Indemnification & Limitation of Liability (देयता की सीमा)

  • URBAN सहायक, its founders, and employees shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, or due to any technical glitches/downtime of third-party government websites.

7. Jurisdiction (क्षेत्राधिकार)

  • These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
